Hosting two bedrooms including a super-king-size and a king-size, along with a shower room, a bathroom, and a cloakroom, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is a kitchen/diner, a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside there is a garden with a terrace, seating, patio and lawn, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Hunter's Cottage is a fabulous abode tucked within idyllic woodland near to Lake Windermere.

Garden with patio and seating, lawn, and terrace. Lockable outside store suitable for outdoor equipment and bikes. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Please note: access to the property from the parking space is via the rear garden, with a series of steps and an undulating gravel path, which maybe not be suitable with those with mobility issues.Torches are provided inside the property, however if arriving during the winter months, a torch could prove useful for your initial arrival. Sorry, no smoking. Shop within 0.5 miles, pub within 0.4 miles

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
