The lodge can sleep six people in three bedrooms, comprising a double with en-suite wet room, a twin and a 2'6" twin as well as a family bathroom. The lodge also contains an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. To the outside of the lodge is off road parking for two cars and a private decked area with furniture. Claife View Lodge offers fantastic on-site leisure facilities, with a restaurant, bar, indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym. There is also a play park and a multi-use games area making this an ideal base for everyone at any time of the year. Note: Due to lakeside location, children should be supervised at all times. Note: Due to the site's rural location, WiFi signal can be intermittent and not suitable for live streaming. Note: Although all ground floor, the lodge is accessed via 6 steps. Note: At check-in, guests will be provided with a barrier pass number to use in the barrier key pad providing vehicular access to the park. Please note there is a charge (levied by Parkdean) to use the leisure facilities. This is a per person charge of £13.50 per person for 0-6 days and £15 per person for over 7 days. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Note: From the 1st June 2024 two well-behaved dogs are welcome at the property.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
