Inside, you will find three bedrooms, comprising of a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, as well as a luxury shower room, with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Additional rooms include an open-plan living room, with a seating area, dining area and a kitchen area. Outside, you will have access to off-road parking and a private decked area, complete with a hot tub. All-in-all, 40 Skiptory Howe is a wonderful property for a family break.

Shop and pub within a 15-minute walk. Note: Guests wishing to use the on-site leisure facilities will need to purchase a leisure pass from reception, passes are £7.95 per adult and £5.95 per child 'off peak'. Peak prices are £9.95 per adult and £6.95 per child. ( July and August, all Bank Holidays and school half terms ). Charging of electric cars is not permitted due to the holiday park infrastructure.The nearest charging point can be found at Booths car park in Windermere. WiFi available on-site. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
