This detached farmhouse is situated close to the hamlet of Waberthwaite in the Lake District National Park and can sleep ten people in four bedrooms. Near Bank Cottage is a 17th century, detached farmhouse, situated 1.3 miles from the the hamlet of Waberthwaite, near the small market town of Bootle in the Lake District National Park. The cottage can sleep ten people in a ground floor king-size double bedroom, a double room, a twin room and a family room with two doubles. The cottage also has a family bathroom and a ground floor shower room. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room with woodburning stove and an external games room. Outside there is off road parking for five cars, lockable bike storage and a lawned garden with patio, furniture and hot tub. Near Bank Cottage is a great base for larger family groups or groups of friends wishing to explore the stunning Lake District National Park.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
