The cottage is set in the centre of a barn conversion, with two bedrooms; a double and a twin. There is a modern shower room, and a kitchen with a dining area leading down four steps to a bright sitting room with beams and a door onto the patio. The patio has furniture and amazing views, while parking is also available off the road. With walks nearby, and the lakeside town of Windermere a 10-minute drive away, Ghyll Bank Barn is the perfect Lake District retreat! Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.

Oil central heating with underfloor heating on ground floor. Range cooker with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD. High speed, super-fast broadband. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Ample off-road parking. Front terrace with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: No fireworks due to the proximity of animals. Note: Three steps from kitchen to sitting room, and one step into kitchen. Note: The property is one of several holiday homes on the grounds. Note: If you wish to charge your electric vehicle at the property, please consult with the owner.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
