The ground-floor bedrooms consist of two super-king-size and a double, along with a ground-floor bathroom and a ground-floor shower room. The first floor consists of a queen-size, two super-king-size, two doubles, a twin and a family room with a double and two singles, all with en-suite bathrooms. Outside, there are ample grounds with furniture and a hot tub, and off-road parking. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub. Up to six well-behaved pets are welcome however, this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
