The ground-floor bedrooms consist of two super-king-size and a double, along with a ground-floor bathroom and a ground-floor shower room. The first floor consists of a queen-size, two super-king-size, two doubles, a twin and a family room with a double and two singles, all with en-suite bathrooms. Outside, there are ample grounds with furniture and a hot tub, and off-road parking. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub. Up to six well-behaved pets are welcome however, this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Valley View House is a wonderful choice for exploring Cumbria.

Note: the upstairs bedrooms are accessed via a single step . Note: No stag, hen, or similar parties. Note: The property features an original staircase with wrought iron bannisters; supervision is required if young children in the party. Please note : All outside noise is to stop at 10pm out of respect for our neighbours.herefore, the hot tub is not to be used after 10pm.Thank you for respecting our neighbours and their families.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
