Nans Cottage in Spark Bridge, Cumbria sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. Nans Cottage consists of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and dining seating for four guests, a lower-ground-floor utility with washing machine, and a sitting room with Smart TV and a multi-fuel Arga stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a shared, enclosed garden with lawn, furniture, and fire pit, and roadside parking is available. Within 4.2 miles you will find a shop, within 0.2 miles, a pub and within 0.1 miles, a river and please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A cot and highchair are also available. Nans Cottage is a charming base for your next Cumbrian getaway. Note: There is a set of stairs down to the utility and garden area. Note: The property is next to a river, please ensure children and pets are supervised.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
