Eden at the Crescent, Morcombe, Lancashire, sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. Eden on the Crescent is a duplex apartment, over the first and second floor. The property has a first-floor kitchen with electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, breakfast bar for two, and a first-floor living/dining room with Smart TV, and dining seating for six. The bedrooms each have a Smart TV with Sky and consist of a second-floor king-size and double, and a first-floor twin, serviced by a second-floor shower room and first-floor bathroom. Parking in nearby sea front car park; there is parking directly outside but only a 2 hour stay is allowed. Within 0.1 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub, and a beach, and please note this is a smoke-free and pet-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Note: Twelve steps into property. Note: Steps throughout property, not suitable for those with mobility issues. Please Note: From the 30th August this property only allow bookings starting on a Monday or Friday. This property only accepts a 3 night minimum.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
