Olivia's Retreat in Heysham, Lancashire, sleeps four guests in two bedrooms.  Olivia's Retreat is a single-storey, family-friendly, and pet-friendly lodge. The living areas consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and TV, Playstation 4 (no games provided), WiFi. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin, along with a shower room. Outside there is a wrap-around decked area with furniture, off-road parking for two cars, and additional communal parking. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but sorry, no smoking. Highchair and travel cot available. You'll find a shop in 1.1 miles, and the marina in 1.3 miles. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Olivia's Retreat is a fabulous base for a family break to Lancashire. Note: The park is still undergoing upgrading the facilities and some of them might not be available to use.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
