Lakeside 18 is a single-storey lodge consisting of an open-plan kitchen/living/dining area with gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, dining seating for six people, and sitting area with Smart TV, boardgames, and gas fire. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower room, twin, and double, all with Smart TVs, and serviced by a bathroom. Outside, there is wraparound decking with furniture, along with off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 1.8 miles, pub in 0.9 miles, lake in 0.1 miles, and canal in 1 mile. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are inc. in rent. Lakeside 18 is a tranquil base for a countryside getaway in Lancashire. Note: Steps up to decking.

Note: The lake can be used with guests paddle boards/kayaks and there are 3 lakes for fishing - charges also apply. Sorry no cot or highchair available. The use of BBQ's is not permitted.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
