The Hermitage in Penrith, Cumbria, sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. This single-storey lodge has an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric fire, a double bedroom, a twin, and a shower room. Appliances consist of an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dryer/washing machine, and for entertainment, a Smart TV. Outside there is a wrap-around, decked veranda with furniture and hot tub, a patio area with furniture, and a shared driveway.Two well-behaved dog welcome, and extra are charged at a £30 supplement per dog, per stay, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.2 miles. Escape to rural Cumbria by booking The Hermitage. Note: The driveway is shared with the owner's other holiday home.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
