Rosie's Chalet near Armathwaite, Cumbria sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.  The living areas in this single-storey lodge consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, a dining table with seating for six guests and a sitting area with Smart TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower room and two twins, along with a shower room. Outside there is a private wraparound decking with furniture, as well as off-road parking for one car. Within 2.5 miles you will find a shop and a pub and please note that one well-behaved pet is allowed but sorry, no smoking. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Rosie's Chalet is a charming base for a family getaway in Cumbria. Note: Travel cot, highchair and stairgate not provided. Please note: Guests are not permitted to charge their electric vehicles from this property. Please note: Vans with company signage are not permitted on site

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
