Plot 35 in High Hesket near Armathwaite, sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Plot 35, a single-storey lodge, consists of an open-plan living space including a kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, and dishwasher, a dining area with dining table seating four, and a sitting area with electric fire and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite walk-in shower, and twin. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a wraparound decking with furniture and off-road parking for four cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. All of this awaits at Plot 35. Note: Although it is single-storey, there are steps up to the property entrance.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
