This detached ground-floor lodge rests in Gargrave and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Otter Lodge is a well-appointed ground-floor timber lodge that can be found burrowed within the village of Gargrave. Consisting of a king-size bedroom served by an en-suite bathroom and a twin (zip/link can be king-size on request), this cottage can sleep a total of four guests. The lodge is complete with an open-plan living space including a kitchen, dining area and sitting area, as well as a handy utility room. Outside, discover a private decking area and off-road parking for two cars. Otter Lodge is a wonderful stay for friends and family at any time of year.

Please note: From 20.8.20 this property will no longer accept new bookings with pets on however all bookings made before this date will be honoured. Pets may have been at this property up until October 2020. Please note: No stag/hen/similar parties are allowed at this property. Please note: there is £100 good housekeeping bond for this property

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
