Elterwater Park in Ambleside, Cumbria, sleeps ten in five bedrooms.  The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric Range, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, fridge, washer/dryer, and dishwasher, a living/dining room with TV and electric effect woodburning stove, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a selection of books, and a cloakroom. The bedrooms all have TVs and en-suites and include a king-size (zip/link) and four doubles. Outside there is an enclosed front garden with lawn, several patio areas and furniture, and a private driveway for five cars. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 1.5 miles, a pub in 0.7 miles, and River Brathay in 1 mile. Elterwater Park is a great base to explore Cumbria and the national park. Note: The property is located on a working farm. Note: The side gate must be closed to ensure that the garden is enclosed. Please note: Elterwater Park accepts a maximum of 10 guests, no amendments to party make up will be accepted during your stay.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
