The Hawthornes is a stunning, detached, large house resting in Paythorne near Gisburn, Lancashire and can sleep 13 people in six bedrooms.  The living areas in the main house include an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with a range cooker, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, two dining areas and a sitting area. There is also a utility, a sitting room with a 65" Smart TV and woodburning stove, an orangery with seating and a woodburning stove, and an external games room with table tennis and darts. The bedrooms consist of a first floor king-size with en-suite shower room, a king-size, a double with an en-suite shower room, a twin and a bunk room, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. The annex features an open-plan living space with a kitchenette equipped with a microwave and kettle and a sitting area with a sofa bed and a woodburning stove. There is also a double bedroom in the annexe with an en-suite shower room. Outside, there is a large, multi-level garden with lawn, patio, veranda, fire pit and furniture, and off-road parking for four cars. Within 6.5 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1, a pub. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, starter packs for woodburning stoves, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
