The cottage can sleep eight people in three bedrooms which comprise of a king-size double, a ground floor double and a ground floor twin, and there is a sofa bed in the snug. There is also a ground floor shower room, a family bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, kitchen with a dining area, a separate dining room, a utility, a first floor sitting room with woodburner and a summer room. Outside there is off road parking for three cars and an enclosed garden with a patio and furniture. Haworth Barn is perfect for families or friends looking to explore the Yorkshire Dales.

Oil central heating with woodburner and electric stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books. Fuel, power and starter pack for 1 night for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Bike storage. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 5 mins walk. Note: Both staircases are wooden with open treads, not steep but care should be taken when accessing accommodation. Note: AGA in the kitchen is disconnected. Note: This property is next to a road, therefore some associated noise will be heard.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
