Lakeside View in Lakeside, Cumbria, sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. Lakeside View has three bedrooms including a super-king-size with a TV and en-suite shower room, a king-size and a twin, along with a bathroom. The living areas include a kitchen/diner and a living/dining room with an electric fire. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. For entertainment there is a TV and WiFi. A travel cot and highchair are also available. Outside, there is designated, off-road parking for two cars, a front patio with furniture, a rear enclosed garden, and access to the owners’ shared, substantial woodland, lawns and grounds. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a pet-free, smoke-free property. Due to the access to the lake, children must be supervised at all times. Lakeside View is a superb choice for a peaceful holiday in the Lake District National Park. Note: Lake access for owners canoes, paddle boats and rowing boats. Please note; the property will be decorated for Christmas.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
