The cottage sleeps five people in three bedrooms which are a king-size double with an en-suite, a super king-size double (zip/link, can be a double on request) and a single room. There is also a bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room with a sitting area, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a summer room. Outside is off road parking for two cars, bike storage and a gravelled patio with furniture. With fabulous views of Pen-y-Ghent, this is an ideal cottage for a memorable holiday. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 40” Smart TV with Freeview, DVD/Bluray, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Fuel for stove on an honesty box basis. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars but please note due to being on the pennine way footpath, the second car requires additional maneuvering. Gravelled patio with furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 6 miles, pub 2 min walk. This property has an electric car charger available, payment for the electricity is via an honesty box

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
