The Old Rookery rests in Ulverston and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms. This three-storey property consists of a first-floor kitchen/diner with electric range cooker, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating, a woodburning stove and a sitting room with electric fire and Smart TV. There is also a first-floor snug with a Smart TV and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor king-size with an en-suite, two ground-floor doubles, a ground-floor twin (zip/link), all with Smart TVs, along with a bathroom and ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is a terrace with furniture, and a pond, as well as off-road parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. This welcomes one well-behaved pet and offers a highchair and travel cot. Apologies, smoking is not permitted. Within 1.8 miles there is a shop and within 1.5 miles, a pub. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
