To the outside, there is an enclosed front garden and secure shed for bike storage, while off-road parking is available for two cars. Bolt's Views offers a peaceful escape to County Durham surrounded by a lovely choice of outdoor adventures.

Access to the property is via an uphill farm track, the track surface is uneven in places and may not be best suited for sports profile or lower suspension vehicles (in snowy and icy conditions, a 4WD would be ideal If conditions are really bad and the track cannot be used then there is a footpath leading up to the cottage). Vehicles can be parked near the bottom of the track and it is a short walk, approx 100 metres, to the cottage. Owner is open to queries regarding any additional pets Note - This property can accept a Friday, Saturday and Monday as a check in day. Please Note,the log burner stove is out of action until the 6th November.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
