The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor twin with en-suite shower room, ground-floor double with en-suite bathroom, ground-floor king-size with en-suite shower room, two super-king-size with en-suite shower rooms, king-size with en-suite shower room, king-size with en-suite bathroom, and two doubles with en-suite shower rooms, all with Smart TVs and fridges. Outside, there is an enclosed, rear garden with lawn, patio, and furniture, along with private driveway parking for 10 cars. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.5 miles, pub in 0.2 miles, river in 0.1 miles, beach in 0.6 miles, and lake in 0.9 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are inc. in rent. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
