This detached cottage rests on the outskirts of Chorley, Lancashire and can sleep 10 people in five bedrooms. Moody House Farm is a detached property resting on the outskirts of Chorley. It comes with four double bedrooms and one twin room which can be zip-linked into a king-size, together sleeping up to 10 people and served by a bathroom with shower over bath, basin and WC and two showers room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Downstairs, you will find a kitchen, a utility, a sitting/dining room with woodburning stove, a sitting room with woodburning stove and a games room. Outside, there is off-road parking for up to five cars and a large rear garden with lawn area, patio areas with seating and barbecue, summerhouse with seating. Moody House Farm is a superb retreat to enjoy all year around.

Please note: the hot tub gets drained, cleaned and refilled in between each booking, therefore it might not be up to temperature for the first 24hrs. Note - This property does not have a downstairs toilet. Note - This property does not provide a travel cot, high chair or stair gate. The property has a £200 Good Housekeeping Bond

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
