The Shearer in Hartsop, Cumbria, can sleep four people in one bedroom.  The studio-style living area includes an electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV, a sitting area, dining area and a king-size bed. There is a shower room. To the outside is a rear gravelled garden with furniture, a decking with hot tub and off-road parking for one car. This pod will accept one dog however smoking is not allowed. Within 3.1 miles there is a shop and within 1 mile there is a pub. The Shearer is a fantastic escape, whatever time of year. Note: The nearest charging point can be found at BP Pulse Charging Station. Note: The outdoor spaces are not enclosed. Note: There is a step up the decking and a subsequent step up to the front door, please take care. Note: The pod is located on a working farm, from time to time, there will be maintenance work carried out and dogs must be kept on a lead at all times due to the nature of the location. Note: The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted at this pod. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
