Yamthwaite rests in Hawkshead and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.  Yamthwaite has one super-king-size (zip/link can be twin on request) and one king-size with en-suite plus a bathroom. There’ s a kitchen/diner equipped with an electric range cooker with double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster and an external utility with a washing machine. There’s a sitting room with woodburning stove, Smart TV and a selection of books. Electric heating, WiFi, fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A highchair and travel cot are available on request. Outside there’s off-road parking for two cars, an enclosed front wildlife garden with pond and terrace with furniture and a non-enclosed rear multilevel garden with lawn, terrace and furniture. One small dog is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3.3 miles, pub 2 miles, lake 4 miles. Come and make memories with a wonderful stay at Yamthwaite. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
