Kolbeh rests in Coniston, Cumbria and can sleep eight guests in four bedrooms. Kolbeh, a reverse-level house, consists of a kitchen with double oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, and kettle, a dining area seating eight guests, a sitting area with a TV and a Juliet balcony, and a utility with a washer/dryer. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with en-suite shower, two king-sizes, and a twin bunk serviced by a bathroom, shower room and a cloakroom. Outside, there is a non-enclosed garden with lawn, patio, furniture, wooded area, and off-road parking for 4 cars. Within 5.6 miles you will find a shop, 2.2 miles you will find a pub, and 0.1 miles a lake. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Sorry, no smoking. However you decide to spend your days here in Cumbria, guarantee a memorable getaway with a stay at Kolbeh. 1 well behaved dog accepted.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
