Home to both a double with an en-suite shower and a twin, this property can sleep up to four guests. The first floor is complete with a family bathroom, whilst the ground floor boasts a kitchen, utility, dining room and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside there is an enclosed gravelled garden to the side with outdoor furniture and secured bike storage, as well as off-road parking for two cars to the front. Eel House Cottage is a wonderful base from which to enjoy a memorable stay in the Lake District.

This is 2 miles from the Estate and you will pass it coming from the southerly Newby Bridge direction. The following information / conditions are in place: The Pool and Gym is open from 7am -7pm daily with towels provided. The pool is 17m long and 1.4m deep in the main area with a sloped beach effect as you enter from the steps. At the poolside there is a Jacuzzi, Steam Room and Sauna, which you are also able to use. There will be a limit of up to 8 guests at any one time and the time slot is for a maximum of 1 1/2 hours. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
