Please note the swimming pool will be unavailable until the 30th of April 2025. We do have good news for those of you who were hoping to go swimming. You will be able to use the Lakeside Hotel & Spa. This is 2 miles from the Estate and you will pass it coming from the southerly Newby Bridge direction. The following information / conditions are in place: The Pool and Gym is open from 7am -7pm daily with towels provided. The pool is 17m long and 1.4m deep in the main area with a sloped beach effect as you enter from the steps. At the poolside there is a Jacuzzi, Steam Room and Sauna, which you are also able to use. There will be a limit of up to 8 guests at any one time and the time slot is for a maximum of 1 1/2 hours. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
