The property has off road parking for one park with additional roadside parking. Also included is a large private garden and patio area with a garage and riverside/limestone escarpment views. Fuel and power is inc. in the rent. Bed linen and towels are inc. in the rent. Off-road parking for one car with additional roadside parking. Large private garden and patio area with a garage and riverside/limestone escarpment views. Sorry, no dogs, no smoking. Pub 1.8 miles, shops 1.8 miles.. Note: Stairs narrow and steep; care to be taken. There are some steps down to front door but other door at back is flat with easy access. Please note: property will sleep 5 but a maximum of 4 adults including any infants . Note: The single room is suitable for younger guests

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
