Grave Prospect in Settle, North Yorkshire sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, induction hob, microwave and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four guests and a sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin with TV, sofa and en-suite cloakroom, along with a shower room. Outside there is roadside parking available. Within 0.5 miles you will find a shop and within 0.1 miles, a pub and please note that one well-behaved dog is allowed but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Grave Prospect is a delightful abode in a great location, ideal for a family escape to North Yorkshire. Note: There are some low head heights and sloping ceilings in the second-floor bedroom. Please Note: This property can only accept check in on a Monday or Friday.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
