This cottage sleeps five people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one family room with a double and single bed. There's also a bathroom available, and on the ground floor is a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with open fire. Outside there's garage parking for one car and a patio with furniture. Hawes has something for everyone with a number of shops and pubs, as well as the Wensleydale Creamery and the Dales Countryside Museum. Rockville is a lovely base for your Yorkshire Dales getaway. Please note that there will be scaffolding and roof maintenance being done in January and February of 2022. The internals of the property will be up to usual standard. Roof maintenance/scaffolding Jan/Feb 22, weekdays only 9am-4pm. Pricing has been adjusted accordingly to reflect this. Inside property will be up to usual standard.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
