The living areas in the single-storey, detached lodge comprise an open-plan living space with a kitchen hosting an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four, and a sitting area with a woodburning stove and Smart TV, along with a utility hosting a washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms consist of two king-sizes, one with an en-suite shower room, and the other with an en-suite bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed back garden with decking, lawn and a barbecue, along with off-road parking for two cars. Within 3.8 miles, you will discover a shop, and within 4.2, a pub. This property does not accept pets or smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, a starter pack for the stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the cost. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
