Raybarrow is a family-friendly, detached cottage resting in Windermere, Cumbria and can sleep 10 people in four bedrooms. The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner containing a gas range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, seating for 10 people and a woodburning stove, and a sitting room with a Smart TV and an open fire. The bedrooms include a king-size with en-suite shower room, a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), a ground-floor double and a family room with bunk bed and two singles, along with a bathroom and ground-floor shower room. A highchair, travel cot and stairgate are available. Outside, there is an enclosed side garden with lawn, patio and furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop and a pub. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. . WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Raybarrow is a wonderful base to bring the whole family for a holiday in the Lake District. Note: There are stone steps up to the patio in the garden, please take care. Note: There is one step up from the porch entrance into the main property, please take care.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
