Woodland Retreat in Troutbeck Bridge, Cumbria sleeps six guests in three rooms.  The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, dining area with seating for six and a sitting area with Smart TV and an electric fire. The bedrooms consist of two doubles and an adult bunk, along with a shower room and a cloakroom. Outside there is a private wraparound decking area with furniture and a hot tub, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 1 mile you will find a shop, within 0.6 miles, a lake, and you'll find a pub on-site, and please note that one well-behaved dog is allowed but sorry, no smoking. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
