This Scandinavian style lodge is located on White Cross Bay Park on the shores of Lake Windermere, sleeping 6 people in 3 bedrooms. Striding Edge is a Scandinavian style lodge, situated on White Cross Bay Park on the shores of Lake Windermere. The lodge is all ground floor and sleeps six people in three bedrooms - one double, one room with adult bunks and one twin with 2'6" beds. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. The open plan living area has a fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area with gas fire and patio door to the outdoor decked terrace with furniture. Off road parking is available for two cars. With use of on-site facilities, lovely lakeside walks to enjoy, not to mention water sports and boat trips on the lake itself, and with a wealth of towns and villages to explore nearby, Striding Edge makes a great base for a lakeside family break in the Lake District.

Electric heating with gas fire in sitting area. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, shared on-site laundry facilities (coin operated), TV with Freeview and 2 Sky Sports channels, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 3 cars. Large enclosed decked terrace with furniture. Shared use of leisure facilities, including indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, gym, play park and multi-use games area. Two well-behaved dogs welcome - there is a £10 per pet supplement. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Although all ground floor, this property is approached by 5 steps. Note: Due to lakeside location, children should be supervised at all times. Note: At check-in guests will be provided with a barrier pass number to use in the barrier key pad providing vehicular access to the park. Note: There is a charge for any guests wishing to use the on-site leisure facilities at £7.50 per adult and £5.50 per child.Please contact reception to arrange this. Note: Due to the location, WiFi can be intermittent. Note: No stag/hen, or similar. Note : Charging Electric cars is not permitted, due to the holiday park infrastructure. The nearest charging point can be found at Booth's car park in Windermere

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
