This detached lodge rests in Troutbeck Bridge, Lake District and can sleep six people in thee bedrooms. Holly Heights Lodge is a detached lodge resting on the outskirts of Troutbeck Bridge, Lake District. It comes with three bedrooms, comprising of a double with TV and en-suite basin and WC and two twins with TV, together sleeping six people and served by a shower room. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and a decked area with seating. 2 Puddleducks is a wonderful spot for a relaxing break.

Gas central heating and electric fire. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, 3 x TVs, Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Off-road parking for one car, additional parking onsite. Decking with seating. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.5 miles, pub 0.6 miles. Please note: charging of electric vehicles is not permitted in this lodge, The nearest charging point can be found at Booths Supermarket in Windermere, approx 2 miles away. Lodge info: Complimentary WiFi is provided by the park and subject to fair usage guidelines, Quality and reliability of connection will vary based on the number of people using it, prevailing weather conditions and therefore may be limited or slower than you are used to, WiFi is for personal use only and is not intended for high data usage, gaming and/or use for business purposes, This is only suitable for page browsing and sending emails, Bookings cannot be accepted if they are solely reliant on the provision of uninterrupted and unlimited Wi-Fi, We are not held responsible or liable for the WiFi on the park. Access to the local leisure facilities at Choices Health Club at Troutbeck Bridge is complimentary to all guests and can be withdrawn at any time without financial penalty, we as the letting agent or the property owner cannot be held responsible for this provision in service, as it’s subject to third-party provider located off site.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
