This contemporary-style chalet is situated on the fringes of Troutbeck Bridge and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. 4 Grasmere is a beautifully presented lodge is nestled in a Troutbeck Bridge holiday park on the banks of Lake Windermere. It boasts three bedrooms; a double and two twin, sleeping six in total. There is also a shower room and an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside is a decking area with seating, as well as off-road parking. 4 Grasmere is a wonderful base for exploring the breath-taking Lake District with family and friends. Note: This property has a refundable Good Housekeeping bond of £100.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking. Laundry facilities available on site. Decked veranda with outside dining/seating area. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub less than a mile. Note: Due to the site's rural location, WiFi signal can be intermittent. Note: At check-in guests will be provided with a barrier pass number to use in the barrier key pad providing vehicular access to the park. Note: Guests wishing to use the on-site leisure facilities will need to purchase a leisure pass from reception;£15 per person over the age of 2yrs for a 7 night stay, £13.50 per person over the age of 2yrs for under 7 days (June, July, August ). The pass if for full access to the complex centre, which includes pool, entertainment and access to the bar and restaurant. The pass is valid for the duration of your stay. Passes for children are for ages 2-17, children 0-2 are free. Note: This property has a refundable Good Housekeeping bond of £100

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
