The Stables in Preston Patrick, Cumbria, sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.  The living areas in this property consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, breakfast bar, dining table, woodburning stove, and two TVs. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor double with en-suite, a further double, and a twin, all with TVs, along with a main bathroom. Outside there is a rear garden with patio, artificial lawn, and furniture, and a private driveway for two cars. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. You'll find a shop in 1.7 miles and a pub in 1.8 miles. A travel cot and hairdryer can be requested. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Stables is perfectly positioned to explore Cumbria and the surrounding National Parks. Note: There are multiple steps up to the rear driveway.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
