Lodge 16 rests in Forton, Lancashire, sleeping four in two bedrooms. The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for four, and a sitting area with TV. The bedrooms consist of a double with walk-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room, and a twin, along with an additional shower room. Outside, there is decking with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Within 1.5 miles, you will find a shop, and within 2.4 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Escape to Lancashire with a stay at Lodge 16. Note: There is course fishing available on-site and a permit can be purchased from reception.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
