Waverley in Coniston, Cumbria, sleeps sixteen in eight bedrooms. Waverley is a semi-detached property with a kitchen/diner, utility, basement and a sitting room. Appliances include an electric range cooker, halogen hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher and for entertainment there are Smart TVs, table football and WiFi. The bedrooms include a super-king-size, a king-size with en-suite shower, three second-floor king-size, 4ft double with en-suite shower a twin, and second-floor twin, one with en-suite shower, whilst there are also a shower room, bathroom and cloakroom. Outside there is a semi-enclosed front garden and lawned area with patio, along with off-road parking for six cars and a Tesla charging point. Within 0.3 miles there is a shop, lake and pub and please note, there are two pets welcome but sorry, no smoking. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. Two highchairs are also available. Escape to Waverley for a wonderful break to Cumbria.

Due to the residential location of the property , can we kindly ask that you please keep any noise to a minimum after 10pm and we would appreciate any music being turned down from 11 pm

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
