Thwaite House is a detached house resting in Coniston, Cumbria and can sleep 14 guests in seven bedrooms.  The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with a range with double ovens, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, fridge, two dishwashers, seating for 10 people, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a sitting room with woodburning stove and a snug with a Smart TV, DVD Player. The bedrooms consist of two super-king-sizes, a super-king-size with Jack-and-Jill access to the bathroom, a king-size, two second-floor king-sizes, a second-floor twin, as well as two bathrooms, a second-floor bathroom, a second-floor shower room, a first-floor cloakroom and a cloakroom. Outside, there are mature gardens and off-road parking for seven cars. Within 0.6 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 mile, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. Two small well-behaved dogs are welcome. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rental cost. A highchair and travel cot are also available. Secure bike storage is included. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
