This attractive, detached house lies in the centre of Cartmel in Cumbria and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.  The White House is a well-appointed, detached cottage situated in the South Lakeland village of Cartmel. It boasts four bedrooms; a super king-size with en-suite bathroom, a double and two twins, sleeping eight altogether. There is also a bathroom, cloakroom, kitchen/breakfast room, a dining room, sitting room with open fire and an additional snug/library room. To the outside is an extensive lawned area with croquet lawn, vegetable patch and fruit orchard within a walled garden, as well as a patio area with furniture and ample off-road parking. The White House provides a fantastic base for families and large groups to make the most of all the Lake District has to offer.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
