Treetops in Windermere, Cumbria sleeps seven guests in three bedrooms.  The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six guests and a sitting area with Smart TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room, a double with single and a bunk, along with a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed decking with furniture, as well as off-road parking for one car. Within 0.6 miles you will find a shop and within 0.4 miles, a pub and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Treetops on the Fallbarrow Holiday Park is a delightful base from which to explore the surroundings of Cumbria. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out at 10am.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
