The Roses in Bowness-On-Windermere, Cumbria, sleeps six in three bedrooms.  The Roses is a Victorian terraced property housing a kitchen, basement utility and a living/dining room. Appliances include a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and for entertainment there is a Smart TV, TV and WiFi. The bedrooms include a king-size, double with TV and a second-floor single, served by a bathroom. Outside there is a rear garden with furniture and off-road parking for one car. Within 0.3 miles there is a shop and pub and please note, there is no smoking. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. Note: The off-road parking space is not suitable for very low cars e.g. sports cars. Choose The Roses for a wonderful base in Cumbria.

Please take off walking boots, wellies and shoes outside or in the kitchen, not in the carpeted dining room. Off-road parking for 1 car, roadside parking available. Rear garden with furniture. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
