This outstanding Lakeland cottage is set on the edge of Bowness-on-Windermere and can sleep ten people in five bedrooms. Maple is a lovely cottage situated on the edge of Bowness-on-Windermere in the Lake District and is in a great location in the very heart of the Lake District National Park. The cottage can sleep ten people in five bedrooms, three ground floor king size doubles with en-suite shower, basin and WC and two king size doubles. There is also a ground floor basin and WC. There is a kitchen with dining area and utility room. There is a spacious sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside there is a decked area with furniture and hot tub. There is allocated off road parking for two cars. Maple is a delightful cottage in a beautiful area, ideal for family and friends to share those special moments experienced in this premier holiday destination.

Note: For Christmas and New Year bookings only, the owner requires a Good Housekeeping bond of £200. Electric Vehicle charging policy; please note that due to the Estate being at electrical capacity, no EV charging can be done at this property currently, but there are EV chargers near by. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
