Due to security reasons, the bi-fold doors in the lounge and bedroom do not open, access to the decking is through the front door.
Lakeside 1 in Windermere, Cumbria sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan kitchen equipped with electric double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and a dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six people, and a sitting area with Smart TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with Smart TV and en-suite shower room, a twin and a child’s bunk bed, along with a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed front decking with furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.5 miles you will find a shop, within 0.4 miles, a pub and within 0.1 miles, the lake and please note that this is a pet-free and a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Lakeside 1 is a delightful abode from which to enjoy a memorable retreat in Cumbria. Please Note: Lakeshore access there is a bit of a drop to uneven rocks, we advise child supervision is at all times due to the access. Access to the local leisure facilities is complimentary and can be withdrawn at any time without financial penalty, we as the letting agent or the property owner cannot be held responsible for this provision in service, as it’s subject to third-party provider located off site.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
