Timley Knott in Coniston, Cumbria can sleep six people in three bedrooms.  The open-plan living space includes a kitchen housing an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a sitting area with woodburning stove and there is also a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms include two king-size rooms, both with Smart TVs and one with en-suite shower and a twin with Smart TV and en-suite shower, plus there is a bathroom and cloakroom. To the outside is a lawned garden and decked area with furniture, off-road parking for one car, and an EV charging point. This property will accept two well-behaved dogs, but not smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Within 0.6 miles or less there is a shop and pub. Timley Knott is a wonderful base for accessing the Lakelands. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
