Thwaite How near Keswick, Cumbria sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. Thwaite How consists of a kitchen with electric oven, halogen hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher, a dining room with seating for six guests and a sitting room with a Smart TV and open fire. The bedrooms consist of two doubles and a bunk, serviced by a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, gravelled area and furniture, and off-road parking for one car is available, as well as additional parking the nearby car park a short walk away. Within 6.3 miles, you will find a shop, within 1 mile, pub and within 0.1 miles, the River Derwent and please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for open fire, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot and highchair are also available. Thwaite How is a charming base for your next retreat to Cumbria. Note: There are open-tread stairs leading up to the first floor, please take care.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
