The Annexe, Melbourne House in Penrith can sleep four people in two bedrooms.  This first-floor annexe consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen area with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for four and a sitting area with TV. There is also a ground-floor games room with a pool table and arcade games. The bedrooms consist of zip link twin/king with an en-suite and a zip link twin/king with Jack-and-Jill access to the main bathroom. Outside, there is a front garden with lawned area, patio and off-road parking. Wifi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. This property is pet-friendly; however, smoking is not permitted inside. Within 0.4 miles there is a shop and within 0.8 miles, a pub. The Annexe, Melbourne House is a beautiful base to explore this scenic part of Cumbria. Cot and high chair available. Please note: There are set of stairs to the side to gain access to the property.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
