The cottage is all on the ground floor and perfect for couples looking for a romantic retreat. Maltkiln Cottage At Crook Hall Farm is a detached, ground floor, former farm building that lies on a working farm on the edge of the village of Bispham Green. This luxury cottage retains the character and charm of the original dwelling, but now houses modern furnishings. There is an open plan living area which has crook beams and exposed brickwork, plus a well equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area with sofabed and electric stove. The cottage sleeps two and has one double bedroom with an ensuite. The pretty garden has a patio and furniture, which is perfect to relax in after a busy day exploring the area. There is the added bonus of off road parking and fishing is available on the owners' private ponds.There is so much to see and do in the area with many attractions nearby, plus the seaside resort of Southport is only ten miles away. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
